The wellness of your employees is more important than ever. Group classes with me are fun, engaging and promote team building. They can be done virtually or in person at the office.

Workout classes consist of 30 minutes of exercise and 15 minutes of stretching. No equipment necessary! They are great during lunch break hours to prevent that mid afternoon slump.
