After the Nutrition Consultation, some people are good to go, while others need a little more. Online Nutrition Coaching is for those who need a bit more guidance, pushing or someone to be accountable to.  With these clients, I go over their eating in great detail to mark progress and look for areas of improvement.  I help them on an ongoing basis with common issues such as dining out, meal ideas and planning, eating on the go, etc.  Most clients do best with a weekly or bi-weekly session.

The coaching is done either through email, Skype or FaceTime
