Dieting isn’t easy (or usually sustainable long-term) That’s why I don’t want to teach you a “diet” but instead a manageable lifestyle. My goal for you is to learn portion control, the average amount of calories you should be eating per day and the ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat. If you’re on the go, at home, or at a restaurant, you will have the tools needed to choose the right foods and “budget” your calories.

For 8 weeks you will be working with me daily to achieve your weight loss goals. We will be communicating though an app and also through texting/emailing to keep you motivated and accountable. Often people need this extra push and to know there’s someone who’s in their corner with constant reminders and encouragement. I’d love to be that someone for you!
